Our pigs are currently being raised and will be processed by a USDA certified butcher in the next few months. We estimate that our pigs will be about 250 pounds which will result in a hanging weight of approximately 180 pounds total and 90 pounds for a half pig.  We sell our pork based on hanging weight for $4.50 a pound.  A half pig hanging at 90 pounds will likely yield about 70 pounds of cut, wrapped meat.

If you would like to purchase a half pig we kindly ask that you put down a deposit now and we will provide you with a final bill based on the actual weight of the pig and the cuts of meat you select once your delivery is ready.

Please let us know if you would like all your pork unsmoked or if you would like the applicable cuts smoked. Smoked meat has an additional charge of $2.25 per pound. If you wish to customize your pork cuts, please request we email you a cut sheet to fill out.
