Revival Farm is owned by Justin and Kathryn who brought an 1840's farmhouse back to life and are returning the property back to its farming roots.
A Brief History
On our very first date Justin told me that when he was little his family raised goats...I think it was love right then and there. We both have a great love for the outdoors, animals and taking on huge projects. I grew up taking care of a slew of animals from hamsters to horses and Justin has had goats, rabbits and dogs. We currently raise farrow to finish hogs, broiler chickens and have a small flock of laying hens.
Before we bought the farm we were most known for taking on DIY projects such as building our own brick pizza oven in our back yard. Justin and I work incredibly well together and are happiest when we are elbow deep in dirt, covered in sweat and trying to figure out how best to solve an issue we have run into.
When the opportunity presented itself for us to buy an 1840's Greek Revival farmhouse that was in desperate need of repair we couldn't have been more excited to tackle the project. We hope you enjoy following along as we document all the in and outs, ups and downs and twists and turns that are sure to happen as we work on Revival Farm.
