Our pigs are currently being raised and will be processed by a USDA certified butcher in March. We estimate that our pigs will be about 300 pounds which will result in a hanging weight of approximately 210 pounds total and 53 pounds for a quarter pig.  We sell our pork based on hanging weight for $4.75 a pound.  A quarter pig hanging at 53 pounds will likely yield about 42 pounds of cut, wrapped meat.  You can expect to receive a mixture of ham, bacon, pork chops, tenderloin, steaks, sausage and shoulder. You have the option of having the butcher smoke some of your pork for you or receiving all it all fresh.

If you would like to purchase a quarter pig we kindly ask that you put down a deposit now and we will provide you with a final bill based on the actual weight of the pig and the cuts of meat you select once your delivery is ready.
