Our pigs are currently being raised and will be processed by a USDA certified butcher in March. We estimate that our pigs will be about 300 pounds which will result in a hanging weight of approximately 210 pounds total and 105 pounds for a half pig.  We sell our pork based on hanging weight for $4.50 a pound.  A half pig hanging at 110 pounds will likely yield about 85 pounds of cut, wrapped meat.

If you would like to purchase a half pig we kindly ask that you put down a deposit now and we will provide you with a final bill based on the actual weight of the pig and the cuts of meat you select once your delivery is ready.

Once you place your half pig order in your cart you will be asked to complete a custom cut sheet to instruct the butcher on how thick you want your pork chops cut, what flavor sausage you would like and if you want any of your meat smoked.  If you have any questions while filling out this form please do not hesitate to contact us.
